Clinical Offerings
THE ELEMENTS OF WORKING TOGETHER
Individual Psychotherapy
For those navigating the complexities of a high-functioning life
My approach is active and deliberate, designed for individuals who desire more than just conversation for creating a fundamental shift. We work to reorganize the internal patterns that allow for a more expansive way of being.
Focus: Identify shift, burnout, anxiety and depth-oriented growth
Couples Counseling
Analyzing the architecture of connection to create healthier systems
Relationships are complex structures that require resilience and balance. We analyze recurring patterns and over-functioning to move beyond conflict and toward a more integrated relational connection.
Focus: Navigating intimacy, communication architecture, and structural shifts between you both.
The process for moving towards a more meaningful way of being
Doing the Work
01 The Consultation
We start with a brief, intentional conversation to ensure our clinical alignment. This is a space to discuss your goals and determine if my intentional, depth-oriented approach is the right fit for the shift you are seeking.
In our initial sessions, we identify the internal patterns and systemic pressures that have created a sense of restriction in your life, ensuring that our work is rooted in clinical precision. We pinpoint where your current ways of functioning have reached their limit of helpfulness, creating a pathway for the reorganization ahead.
02 The Internal Audit
03 The Shift
Together, we move into active clinical work. This isn’t just about insight; it’s about building your internal capacity and reorganizing your relational architecture to allow a more expansive way of being.
Designed to Address the Divide
A depth-oriented clinical space for high-functioning adults who think deeply, feel deeply, and want more than surface-level coping strategies.
-
You can trace the patterns. You know what’s happening as it’s happening.
And, still, nothing changes.
In real time, the same responses, decisions, or dynamics take over—before you have the chance to do anything differently.
The insight is there. The shift isn’t.
-
You’re navigating the psychological demands of high-stakes work, visible roles, or the isolation that often accompanies success.
You manage. You perform. You hold it together.
But internally, the pressure doesn’t let up.
There’s little room to decompress—and even less space to understand what’s underneath it.
-
You take on more than your share within relationships, often acting the emotional center for others.
You anticipate, manage, and hold—emotionally, mentally, and practically.
But it’s not met in the same way.
There’s little reciprocity—and even less space to examine your own needs.
-
There’s no lack of effort on either side.
You’ve had the conversations. Insight is there. At times, even clarity.
And, still, the same points of tension return.
Often in different forms, but with the same underlying structure.
Over time, it becomes less about any one issue, and more about what continues to happen between you.

I am an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt of services—that you submit directly to your insurance plan for reimbursement.
Many PPO plans reimburse between 50–80% of out-of-network therapy costs, depending on your benefits.
I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to determine your out-of-network reimbursement rate for outpatient mental health services to determine the most accurate cost of our work together.
-
To preserve the privacy, discretion, and individuality of the therapeutic process, I operate as a private-pay practice.
This model preserves your privacy by removing the many administrative requirements of insurance, including the requirement for a formal mental health diagnosis for reimbursement purposes.
-
Sessions are held virtually via secure video for Maryland residents.
Services expanding to Washington D. C. and Virginia. Please reach out for details.
-
Sessions are offered Monday through Thursday.
To support the consistency and depth this work requires, ongoing clients are provided a reserved weekly appointment time.
Weekly sessions are the standard cadence for this work. The depth of change we are building toward benefits from that regularity and continuity.
I maintain a limited caseload to preserve the quality of attention I bring to each client.
-
After submitting your inquiry, I will personally review your message and respond within 24 hours to schedule your complimentary 15-minute consultation. That conversation is an intentional space to discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and determine together whether this work feels like the right fit. If it does, we’ll schedule your intake session from there.

How long does therapy last?
This varies by person and goal. Some clients work for six to twelve months; often others engage in longer-term work. We will revisit the arc regularly so it remains intentional.
How is this different from other therapy approaches?
Most therapy focuses on symptom management and building coping skills. This work goes deeper to understand the internal architecture generating your symptoms and reorganizing it at the source.
What is the difference between individual and couples therapy?
Individual therapy focuses on your internal world. Couples therapy examines the relational system between you and your partner. Both are depth-oriented; the unit of focus differs.
